Mary has been working in the field of autism and developmental disabilities for the past 20 years. Her experience ranges from respite care, group homes, locked residential settings, and outpatient clinical treatment. She has a master's in developmental psychology and additional training in neurofeedback, Autism, Developmental Disabilities, integrative mental health, Trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Mary works to treat all of her clients as individuals and loves to collaborate with outside providers. Mary's treatment approach is a whole body one- body, mind and spirit as one. Mary specializes in working with children, teens and young adults who have Autism, ADHD, Behavioral difficulties, developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression and a history of trauma.

Therese Alexander-Ssebagala, L.C.S.W. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working in the field for over 15 years with young children, tweens, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has had the privilege to work with both civilian and military men and women struggling with symptoms from mental health disorders, trauma and substance use issues. The modalities she find most helpful in making a positive impact are Cognitive Behavioral Interventions, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, as well as Holistic approaches such as meditation and healthy eating habits.

Symptoms of ASD, ADHD/ADD, Trauma, PTSD, Anxiety, and Depression can be stressful and debilitating. Learning how to manage troubling thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and working through the triggers and stressors that can lead to feeling out of control, low self-confidence, and substance use could be helpful and she looks forward to joining your team, working toward the goals you have for yourself and your family.
