MARY PARKER, LPC 860-961-0952

Mary has been working in the feild of autism and developmental disabilities for the past 20 years. Her experience ranges from respite care, group homes, locked residential settings, and outpatient clinical treatment. She has a master's in developmental psychology and additioanl training in neurofeedback, Autism, Developmental Disabilities, Trauma, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. Mary works to treat all of her clients as individuals and loves to collaborate with outside providers. Mary's treatment approach is a whole body one- body, mind and spirit as one. Mary specializes in working with children who have Autism, ADHD, Behavioral difficulties, developmental disabilities, anxiety, depression and a history of trauma.

Sarah Faucher, MA, LPC.  Sarah has been working in the mental health and substance abuse fields for the past fifteen years. She has worked in a wide range of settings including inpatient and outpatient substance abuse treatment, medicated assisted treatment, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment, and outpatient clinical treatment.  Sarah has a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Lesley University with additional training in Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength Based Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy.  Sarah works with adolescents, adults and couples.  She specializes in mood disorders, substance abuse issues and relationships.

Life can present you with a variety of experiences that can cause you to feel overwhelmed, frustrated, depressed, or stuck. I specialize in working with children, teens, adults, and families within a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment to address these challenges. My background consists of extensive training in trauma informed care, parenting and co-parenting, clinical counseling, and substance abuse counseling. I utilize ARC and DBT, as well as eclecticism to best meet the needs of each of my clients. I value working with parents and caregivers for the children I treat to enhance the level of care provided in all environments. I am available for outpatient sessions, however in home sessions, assessments, and evaluations can be scheduled upon request. Evening and weekend availability is also offered to allow for families to receive the help they need without interfering with work or extracurricular schedules.

ERIN GARDNER-FLORES, LCSW  860-333-9088

Erin strives to provide clients with a secure, welcoming environment free of judgement. She collaborates with clients and families to develop individualized skillsets to help manage the challenges that bring them to therapy.  Combined with the therapeutic relationship, Erin incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and a strengths-based approach in her clinical work. Erin works with preteens, adolescents and adults who have anxiety, a history of trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, difficulty coping with transitions and trouble managing stress.  

Erin has over nine years of experience working in the mental health field with children, adolescents and adults. Her experience includes outpatient clinical treatment, substance abuse treatment for teens, intensive outpatient treatment and crisis management. She earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from UCONN School of Social Work in 2008 and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2010.  She has had additional training in trauma, motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Bo is going to be our therapy dog! You will find Bo often walking around the office saying hi to patients and ensuring that anyone who needs a pick me up gets one! He is currently going through the certification and training to become fully licensed as a therapy dog.
